What to Expect from My Distant Healing Services

Distance Healing Sessions delivered by email using the 💚Emotion Code®, 💙Body Code & ❤️Belief Code® methods.

  • Gentle, Remote Support: You do not need to be physically present for the sessions. I will act as your proxy, connecting into your energy field using applied kinesiology (muscle testing), to identify what your subconscious mind needs help to process or release in order to restore balance.

  • Clarity & Transparency: Each energetic imbalance identified by your subconscious will be documented in a detailed report, so you can follow your progress.

  • Gradual Integration: The energetic blocks will be released over a period of weeks, listening to the subconscious mind to confirm when clearing can be completed. I work based on 48 - 72 hours in between sessions to allow the body to integrate the changes safely.

  • Tailored Journey: The number of clearings required depends on what is identified in your personal report. Every healing pathway is unique, so the process may require more or fewer sessions depending on your needs. One payment covers all sessions needed to release the energetic blocks documented in your initial report. If new items arise that were not included in that first report, they will be treated as a separate service.

  • Processing Symptoms: In a small number of cases (around 10–20%), you may experience temporary “processing symptoms” lasting for a few hours, or occasionally up to a couple of days after a session. These are simply signs that your body is integrating and adjusting to the changes released during the work.

  • Step 4: Make your Payment: Click the ‘Book Here’ button below your chosen service and complete the payment. If you encounter any issues, BACS payments are also available please reach out via the contact form for details

  • Step 5: Confirm the Booking: Once I have reviewed the completed Client Information Consent Form and received Payment, I will contact you to confirm your booking.

  • Step 6: Identify what needs to be cleared: I will endeavour to complete the initial clearing within 48 hours of payment.

  • Step 7: Relax: Your body guides the process while you go about your normal activities. No live call is required; I will identify and then release your energetic blocks over a number of sessions when your subconscious is ready to let go.

What Results Can I Expect, and How Soon After a Session?

Energy healing is subtle yet powerful. It helps you reconnect with your inner self, promotes relaxation, and supports the body’s natural healing processes.

After a session, many clients report feeling lighter and noticing a positive shift in their emotional state, with fewer thoughts occupying their minds. Some also find that emotional difficulties either disappear or become significantly easier to manage.

The energy shift will continue to work for a period of time after the session, often for two to three weeks. During this period, you may notice increased energetic releases, which can bring about emotional releases, changes in physical sensations, new realisations or shifts in perception.

Additionally, this period can bring insights into lingering subconscious patterns. These insights can be valuable for personal growth and self-understanding, helping individuals to break free from limiting beliefs or behaviours.

Improvements in sleep quality and stress levels are most commonly reported during this time, as the body continues to process and integrate the energy from the session.
