Yes, you can receive the full benefits of energy healing without having to physically attend a session.


Energy connections can be established regardless of distance, and I have experienced the same profound results whether I have conducted an in-person or an email session over a distance.


I have completed sessions for individuals who are living all across the world, the furthest of which is in Canada.

The Emotion, Body or Belief Code methods are not like a therapy or counselling session. You do not need to talk about any feelings or relive any past experiences in order to correct an energetic imbalance or release a trapped emotion or faulty core belief.


During a session I will use the Sway Test to perform muscle testing on myself, on your behalf. This is known as by Proxy testing, where I will connect into your biofield network (Aura) using the law of Quantum Entanglement a key principle of Quantum Mechanics.


The human body knows what is wrong and where in the body it is, but unfortunately it cannot give you a post it note or email you with a list of what is not working correctly. It can, however, communicate through the turning on or off of muscles in muscle testing.


By using applied kinesiology and by decoding the biofeedback I will receive the necessary information. to identify anything that your subconscious mind needs help to finish processing or wants to be removed to restore balance.

Yes, you will because emotions both positive and negative are a fundamental part of the human experience. They shape our perceptions, guide our actions, and influence our relationships.


Behavioural theorists argue that negative emotions play a crucial role in survival by assisting a person to narrow their attention and perform a corresponding action to avoid potential threats or to motivate us to navigate challenging situations.


However, when these emotions become too intense or persistent, this narrowing effect can trigger self-perpetuating cycles of thinking, feeling and behaving. It is important to note that the negative spiral is not the inevitable consequence of the emotion itself. Rather, this spiral reflects the individual’s inability to effectively deal with the negative emotion at hand.


The process of acknowledging and releasing the trapped emotions can be a powerful tool for breaking these cycles. You will then be able to take a step back from the feelings and thoughts that were produced by the narrowing response induced by the emotion, creating space for new perspectives.


This can lead to increased self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, and enhanced well-being.

Healing, whether it’s through energy healing or other therapies, is a process that takes time. It’s not a quick fix, but a journey that involves patience, commitment, and understanding.


In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to fall into the trap of wanting instant results. However, true healing often involves peeling back layers, releasing trapped energies, and allowing the body and mind to process and integrate these changes. This can’t be rushed and each individual’s healing journey is unique.


The number of sessions required will vary depending on you and your specific needs. Factors that will influence how many sessions are needed include: life experiences, emotional intelligence, toxic load, lifestyle, stress levels and environment.


Some objectives can be cleared in one session, others can take multiple sessions depending on how big and how many objectives you would like to work on. This is perfectly normal!


From personal experience by being the observer of your thoughts, feelings and reactions and holding a balanced intention alongside the sessions will significantly help the process.

The time between sessions can vary depending on your response to previous clearings and your specific needs. Everyone’s healing journey is unique!


I will always ask if it is safe to proceed before commencing the session. If the answer is no, I will ask again at 24 hours intervals until I receive a positive response. This is one of the key benefits of email sessions; they are very convenient and perfect for busy individuals because you do not need to schedule or rearrange any appointments.


I work based on 48 - 72 hours in between sessions to allow the body to heal and integrate the changes. There is a small possibility (between 10-20%) that you could experience what is called “processing symptoms” for a few hours or maybe even a couple of days after the session, which is simply a sign that the body is processing the changes brought about by the session.

Energy healing is subtle but powerful. It can help you reconnect with your inner self, promote relaxation, and facilitate the body’s natural healing processes.


After a session, many clients do report feeling lighter and noticing a positive difference in their emotional state with less thoughts occupying their minds. Clients have also reported emotional difficulties disappearing or becoming much easier to handle.


The energy shift will continue to work for a period of time after the session, often for two to three weeks.

During this period, you may notice increased energetic releases, which can bring about emotional releases, changes in physical sensations, new realisations or shifts in perception.


Additionally, this period can bring insights into lingering subconscious patterns. These insights can be valuable for personal growth and self-understanding, helping individuals to break free from limiting beliefs or behaviours.


Improvements in sleep quality and stress levels are also commonly reported during this time, as the body continues to process and integrate the energy from the session.


Many clients have noted that other people (such as family, friends, and colleagues) have noticed a positive difference in them that they themselves didn’t notice.


It is not possible to provide any guarantees as each person brings their own unique set of experiences to a session. It’s always recommended to approach the process with an open mind and a willingness to observe and accept whatever comes up during this journey.

When blockages or negative energy that have been stored in the body are released this can cause a reaction in the body, which can manifest as a healing crisis.


During a healing crisis, the body undergoes a detoxification process that stimulates the release of toxins or energy blockages from the body’s tissues. As the body eliminates these accumulated toxins, it may temporarily experience various physical, emotional, or energetic symptoms that can be uncomfortable.


During a healing crisis, symptoms briefly worsen before beginning to improve. This is different from an adverse effect of a treatment, which is a undesired reaction that doesn’t improve as sessions continue.


The healing crisis is considered a positive sign that the body is responding to the healing process and adjusting to the new energy flow.


A healing crisis generally starts right after the session and can last between 1-3 days or up to two weeks. After that, they should gradually subside. However, there are always exceptions!

It is important to note that everyone’s experience of a healing crisis can be different, and the symptoms can vary depending on the individual and the severity of their situation. Individuals may experience a range of physical and emotional symptoms; some of the common ones are listed below:


Physical Symptoms

  • Headache: This is common symptom and when the body is dehydrated it can cause the brain to temporarily contract due to the lack of fluids and electrolytes.


  • Body aches and pains: These can occur as the body eliminates toxins or addresses underlying imbalances.


  • Fatigue: During a healing crisis, the body redirects energy toward the healing process, which can result in feelings of fatigue or lethargy.



  • Digestive Disturbances: Digestive symptoms such as bloating, gas, constipation, or diarrhoea may arise as the body eliminates toxins or adjusts to dietary changes implemented to support healing.


  • Skin Breakouts: Skin eruptions, acne flare-ups, or rashes may occur as the body eliminates toxins through the skin.


Emotional Symptoms

  • Emotional Turmoil: Emotional ups and downs, mood swings, irritability, or heightened sensitivity may accompany a healing crisis as the body releases stored emotional toxins or addresses underlying psychological imbalances.


  • Release of Suppressed Emotions: The healing process often involves the release of pent-up emotions or unresolved trauma stored within the body, leading to emotional outbursts, tears, or feelings of vulnerability.


  • Heightened Awareness: As individuals undergo profound shifts in consciousness or self-awareness, they may experience periods of introspection, insight, or heightened sensitivity to their inner world and external environment.


  • Resistance and Frustration: Facing challenges or setbacks during the healing journey can evoke feelings of frustration, resistance, or impatience as individuals navigate the uncertainties and complexities of their healing process.
  • A headache is one of the most common symptoms. Keeping hydrated by drinking water as this will help to flush the toxins out of the body as soon as possible.


  • If your energy levels are low then this is your body’s way of telling you to get more rest and let your body regenerate itself.


  • Make use of a body scan meditation if you are not already doing so to help you stay grounded. Scan your body before you sleep and see what parts of your body are heavy, and how you are feeling.


  • Write down the thoughts are coming up for you these may be the source of your emotional release. Is there a reoccurring thought pattern? What are you guided to reflect on?


  • Help the detox process by consuming healthy food and drink for this period, try to avoid caffeine, alcohol and foods high in salt/sugar.


  • Be kind to yourself, by keeping your environment as balanced as possible. Surround yourself with things and people who you love and take time for you, without guilt or resistance.
