Understanding Energy Healing
Energy healing is not associated with any particular religion or belief system. Instead, it focuses on the body's natural energy field and recognises that unresolved emotional energy can become stored within the body. It is suitable for individuals from all backgrounds and can complement both spiritual and scientific approaches to well-being.

Energy connections can be established regardless of distance, and I have experienced equally profound results whether conducting an in-person session or an email session over a distance.

Yes, it is very gentle and non-invasive. In fact, children and animals often respond quickly, as they typically do not have the same mental resistance or conditioning. It is also safe for pregnant women, and I always check with the body to understand its specific needs and permissions.
Yes, you can book sessions for others, but I always require permission from the person receiving the session. If they are a child, consent from a parent or guardian is necessary. For pets or animals, permission from the owner is sufficient. Before working on anyone by proxy, I always check for energetic permission.
I am often asked which type of session (The Emotion Code, Body Code, or Belief Code) will help improve a particular issue. The underlying cause of all issues is imbalance. Trapped emotions are the most common underlying imbalances that show up as symptoms, and these are discovered and addressed with the Emotion Code.
The Body Code provides a very simple way to ask the subconscious mind what other underlying imbalances there may be, and the Belief Code provides an easy way to identify faulty, unwanted belief systems and release them from the mind.
While I do often see amazing results using the Emotion Code alone, it is usually the case that there are deeper imbalances that could be resolved with the Body Code, and beliefs holding you back that can be resolved with the Belief Code.

Before Your Session
No preparation is necessary, and you do not need to be resting or still during the session. However, drinking plenty of water, setting a gentle intention, and allowing yourself to be open to receiving can help.
No, one of the benefits of a proxy session is that you don't need to be physically present or even actively engaged. You can continue with your daily activities working, resting, or even sleeping while still receiving the energy. The session works remotely and energetically, providing the same effectiveness as if you were in the room.
During Your Session
The Emotion, Body or Belief Code methods are not akin to traditional therapy or counselling sessions. You do not need to discuss your feelings or relive past experiences to correct an energetic imbalance or release a trapped emotion or faulty core belief.
During a session I will use the Sway Test to perform muscle testing on myself on your behalf. This is known as by Proxy testing, where I will connect into your bio-communication network using the law of Quantum Entanglement, a key principle of Quantum Physics.
The human body knows what is wrong and where the problem lies; but unfortunately, it cannot provide a post it note or email listing what is not functioning correctly. Instead, it communicates through the activation or deactivation of muscles during muscle testing.
By employing applied kinesiology and interpreting the biofeedback I receive, I can identify any issues that your subconscious mind needs assistance to finish processing or wishes to remove in order to restore balance.
Some people experience energy moving through them, waves of emotion, or a deep sense of calm. Others may not feel anything at all, and that is completely normal. Regardless of whether you notice a shift, the work is still occurring at a subconscious and energetic level.
After Your Session
When blockages or negative energy stored in the body are released, it can trigger a reaction known as a healing crisis.
During a healing crisis, the body undergoes a detoxification process that encourages the release of toxins or energy blockages from its tissues. As the body eliminates these accumulated toxins, it may temporarily experience various physical, emotional, or energetic symptoms, which can be uncomfortable.
In a healing crisis, symptoms may worsen briefly before starting to improve. This differs from an adverse effect of a treatment, which is an undesired reaction that does not improve as sessions continue.
The healing crisis is actually considered a positive sign that the body is responding to the healing process and adjusting to the new energy flow.
A healing crisis usually begins right after a session and can last anywhere from 1-3 days, or even up to two weeks. After that, the symptoms should gradually subside. However, it's important to note that there are always exceptions!
Everyone's experience is unique, and symptoms can vary from mild to intense depending on the body's needs. Individuals may encounter a range of physical and emotional symptoms. Some common ones include:
Physical Symptoms:
Headache: This is common symptom and when the body is dehydrated it can cause the brain to temporarily contract due to the lack of fluids and electrolytes.
Body aches and pains: These can occur as the body eliminates toxins or addresses underlying imbalances.
Fatigue: During a healing crisis, the body redirects energy toward the healing process, which can result in feelings of fatigue or lethargy.
Chills and Sweating: Some individuals experience fevers and sweating as the body fights off toxins and struggles to maintain the correct temperature
Digestive Disturbances: Symptoms such as bloating, gas, constipation, or diarrhoea may occur as the body eliminates toxins or adjusts to dietary changes made to support healing
Skin Breakouts: Skin eruptions, acne flare-ups, or rashes may occur as the body detoxifies through the skin
Emotional Symptoms:
Emotional Turmoil: Individuals may experience emotional ups and downs, mood swings, irritability, or heightened sensitivity as the body releases stored emotional toxins or addresses psychological imbalances.
Release of Suppressed Emotions: The healing process often leads to the release of pent-up emotions or unresolved trauma, which can result in emotional outbursts, tears, or feelings of vulnerability

A headache is one of the most common symptoms you may experience. Staying hydrated by drinking water will help flush toxins out of your body quickly.
If your energy levels are low, it's your body's way of signalling that it needs more rest to regenerate itself.
Consider incorporating a body scan meditation if you haven't already. This practice can help you stay grounded. Before you sleep, take a moment to scan your body and notice which parts feel heavy and how you are feeling overall.
Write down any thoughts that arise, as they may be the source of your emotional release. Are there recurring thought patterns? What insights are you being guided to reflect on?
Support your detox process by consuming healthy food and drink during this time. Try to avoid caffeine, alcohol, and foods that are high in salt and sugar.
Be kind to yourself by maintaining a balanced environment. Surround yourself with people and things you love, and take time for yourself without feeling guilty or resistant.

This process allows you to step back from the feelings and thoughts generated by the narrowing response induced by the emotion, creating space for new perspectives. In our fast-paced world, it's easy to fall into the trap of seeking instant results. However, true transformation often involves peeling back layers, releasing trapped energies, and allowing the body and mind to process and integrate these changes. This process cannot be rushed, and each individual's journey is unique.
The number of sessions needed will vary depending on your specific needs. Factors that influence how many sessions you may require include your life experiences, emotional intelligence, toxic load, lifestyle, stress levels, and environment.
Some objectives can be achieved in a single session, while others may take multiple sessions, depending on the complexity and number of goals you wish to address. This variation is completely normal!
From personal experience, being an observer of your thoughts, feelings, and reactions, while holding a balanced intention during the sessions, will significantly enhance the healing process.
The time between sessions may vary based on your response to previous clearings and your individual needs, as everyone’s journey is unique.
Before starting each session, I will always ask your subconscious if it is safe to proceed. If the answer is no, I will check again at 24-hour intervals until I receive a positive response. This email session format is one of its key benefits; it is very convenient for busy individuals because there is no need to schedule or reschedule appointments.
I typically recommend a gap of 48 to 72 hours between sessions to allow your body to integrate the changes. There is a small chance (between 10-20%) that you might experience what are known as "processing symptoms" for a few hours or possibly a couple of days after the session. This is simply a sign that your body is processing the changes brought about by the session.
